Marleymet


Otherwise known as marmalade, as made by Baz and me over the weekend. That's his on the left, the refined one with all the shreds neatly and painstakingly cut by hand, and that's mine on the right, with the rather coarser (to the point of vulgarity, really) chunks chopped in the Magimix. Well, if life is too short to stuff a mushroom....
