No more alarm clocks (we both have SAD alarm clocks that light up slowly to simulate dawn and can do the opposite at the end of the day if I need to be up for an event ) . I stopped wearing a watch when I decided I was going to retire at 55 - I enjoyed the feeling of control as this decision and the watch non wearing started when I was 52 ! <br /><br />6 am alarm and a 9.30 start = a very casual start to the working day ??
